  1. We want to thank you for your interest in our event! We hope that if selected that you are able to have an experience you will remember for a life-time. Because space for the event is limited, we are unable to make any guarantees that you will be selected for the hunt. That being said, you will be placed on a waiting list and could potentially still participate if another applicant is unable to accept their offer.

  3. Applications must be received by September 8th
  4. You will be contacted by our Committee Chairman about your status roughly 10 days after the
    application deadline. If you are not selected, you will be placed on a waiting list and could
    potentially still participate if another applicant is unable to accept their offer.
  5. It is the responsibility of the Individuals who are selected to understand and abide by the hunting regulations as published by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. A copy of the regulations can be found online by clicking here. 
  6. Individuals who are selected to participate, must have a valid Ohio hunting license and deer tag(s). If you are unable to supply your own due to hardship, special arrangements may be possible but cannot be guaranteed. Contact Gary Robison at (419) 410-5824.
  7. By filling out this form, you are electronically providing authorization as a parent of guardian for your child’s full participation, OR for yourself if selected for the event.
